Thomas McCormick won Honorable Mention (Merit) in the Hamilton Mathematical Olympiad of the UKMT, 2025.
Thomas McCormick won the Silver Medal in the Senior Mathematics Challenge of the UKMT, 2024.
Thomas McCormick & Darsan Sivakumar win prestigious IMC-2024 with gold & bronze honors, respectively. Thomas stood among the top 1800 and received an INVITATION to write the CAYLEY Mathematical Olympiad of UKMT.

- The UKMT Mathematics Challenge has three events:
- Junior Mathematical Challenge (UK year 8/S2 and below)
- Intermediate Mathematical Challenge (UK year 11/S4 and below)
- Senior Mathematical Challenge (UK year 13/S6 and below).
- The Balkan Mathematical Olympiad is an international contest of winners of high school national competitions from European countries.
- The British Mathematical Olympiad is a national olympiad of the UK and is organized by the British Mathematical Olympiad Subtrust, which works under the aegis of the United Kingdom Mathematics Trust. The selection in BMO is mandatory for any British student who wants to be part of the selection process for the UK’s International Mathematical Olympiad team and for other international Math competitions such as
- The European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad,
- The Romanian Master of Mathematics and Sciences, and
- The Balkan Mathematical Olympiad.
- AMMOC protégé Konstantinos Charalampous, now a first-year UG student at the University of Chicago with a full scholarship, represented his country, Cyprus, thrice in the prestigious Balkan Mathematical Olympiad.
- Member of Cyprus National Math Team in the 39th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad at Agros (Cyprus) from the 4th – 9th May 2022
- Member of Cyprus National Math Team the 38th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (Distance, Virtual and Augmented) from 6th – 10th September 2021
- Member of Cyprus National Math Team the 37th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (Distance, Virtual and Augmented) from 31st October – 5th November 2020
- AMMOC protege Darsan Sivakumar and Thomas McCormick won GOLD MEDAL in UKMT’s Junior Mathematics Challenge.
